Our Mitzel Group Harassment Prevention Training provides a comprehensive training program that is compliant with California’s onerous requirements. Our live zoom format is interactive and engaging and presented by one of our seasoned employment attorneys in either English or Spanish. Upon completion, attendees will be presented with a certificate of completion. For nonmanagerial employees, the certificate will be valid for two years or until a promotion into a managerial role.

“CFO and the Law”
Krista L. Mitzel joins the “CFO and the Law” panel for this fall’s CFO Bootcamp hosted by Financial Executives International, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
The CFO often has the responsibility for legal matters and is often the primary interface with outside legal advisors. This
session will cover various aspects of the law, including corporate governance, fiduciary duties, risk mitigation considerations, and employment law (including evolving post COVID-19 issues).
The bootcamp runs across several weeks in October and November and is designed for senior finance professionals whose next career step is CFO or current CFOs who want to sharpen their strategic and leadership skills.
