Andrea’s perspective is shaped by her early career as an employment attorney at Paul Hastings and the U.S. Department of Labor, her experience co-founding a conflict resolution startup in the wake of the #MeToo movement, and her work as an executive coach and mediator.
Her work focuses on helping organizations address tension early, strengthen leadership capacity, and create environments where people can think clearly and respond effectively, even in high-stakes situations.
