Debbie Dizon Lauber is a legal and human capital executive with over 25 years of experience, specializing in global employment law, compliance, risk and litigation management and workplace transformation advising C-Suite teams and Boards.   After beginning her legal career in private practice with two prestigious AM 100 law firms, Debbie spent the next two decades as in-house counsel at reputable organizations such as Intel, Intuitive Surgical, 24 Hour Fitness and Sky Zone. She has held executive roles including as a General Counsel and Chief People Officer and has experience in both public and PE-backed private companies across diverse industries, including Medical Device, Technology, Health and Fitness and Hospitality.

Debbie draws upon her extensive, first-hand experience in house corporate environments to apply her legal knowledge while demonstrating a high degree of business acumen. Her intimate familiarity with the practical and operational considerations that arise from having been directly immersed in how a business ‘runs’ provides her with a unique vantage point and brings tremendous value to our clients as a seasoned holistic business advisor. Her deep complimentary experience as an HR and People Executive gives her a multi-faceted lens on how to approach legal risks and solutions bearing in mind employee relations ramifications, its effect on employee engagement and Company performance.

Debbie was born and raised in the Bay Area, graduated from UC Berkeley and UC Hastings and currently resides in Lafayette with her family.
