Christine Condy
Of Counsel

A strong believer that the United States was built and made stronger by immigrants, Christine Condy has nearly 29 years of experience handling business immigration issues and helping multinational and domestic clients bring talented employees into the country. Her clients have ranged from high-tech and finance to horse-course designers and dancers, with many areas in between, and of all sizes from startups to Fortune 500.

Christine’s experience encompasses all phases of the employment-based immigration process from creation of case strategy to completion, including nonimmigrant B-1/B-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, and TN visa matters; Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification applications; immigrant outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions; advanced degree and professional visa petitions; national interest waivers; adjustment-of-status applications; consular processing of immigrant visas; and citizenship/naturalization. She has also handled marriage-based permanent residence and citizenship cases, as well as waiver cases.

As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Christine has been involved in the American Immigration Council’s fifth-grade essay contest concerning “Why I’m Glad America is a Nation of Immigrants” for many years, a very rewarding and refreshing project.
