Amber Gates is Director of Operations and Finance at the Mitzel Group. For seven years, Amber has been an integral part of our eco-system. From taking care of client inquiries, keeping the complex business systems up and running, preparing all financial reporting and analysis for the firm, Amber also supports our attorneys as needed throughout the day.   Before joining us, she ran a family construction business and also worked as a project manager for a commercial real estate developer, both of which prepared her for the many demands that come with being the director of operations for a successful business. Amber is an avid road biker and cook and is dedicated to promoting inclusivity with Best Buddies.
