Rebecca Saroyan is an Of Counsel to the firm and brings two decades of legal firepower to businesses seeking practical, no-nonsense counsel. Whether it’s negotiating a data-sharing agreement, untangling a lease, or advising on local, state or federal procurement and contracts, Rebecca has done it—and probably wrote the manual. She previously served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration and cut her teeth as a deputy city attorney and firm-side litigator. Recently appointed to the San Francisco Board of Appeals, she’s not just familiar with red tape—she helps cut through it. A native San Franciscan, Rebecca graduated from UCLA and UC Hastings and currently resides in San Francisco with her family.
