Shaheen Sheik-Sadhal, JD has over 17 years of experience of serving as general counsel to her clients, with specialties in equity and debt financings, board compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Shaheen has worked with clients in industries spanning from edtech, fintech, AI, to biopharma/biotech to wine to consumer product goods.  She prides herself on taking clients from inception to exit, strategizing with and propelling entrepreneurs and the investors that power their engines. In 2022, Shaheen was a Venture Fellow for Strawberry Creek Ventures and is on a mission to get more venture capital into the hands of promising women-founded companies. Shaheen holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Shaheen is licensed to practice in the states of California and Texas.
