Caleb advises small to mid-sized businesses on general business law as well as real estate and corporate transactional matters. His practice includes advising startups and more established businesses in California and several other states regarding: entity formation; corporate governance;
venture capital; and drafting all manner of contracts and legal documents, including service level agreements, master service agreements, licensing agreements, executive compensation, consulting and employee agreements, non-disclosure agreements, asset purchase agreements, and regulatory filings, among others.
His prior experience includes extensive public interest work. He served as legal advisor to the Republic of Liberia Land Commission and was a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow with First Defense Legal Aid in Chicago.
When not working, Caleb enjoys international travel. He has visited more than 40 countries on six continents.
